Welcome to Barley's Bites! We're so glad you're here. Below you'll find all the important details about how we ship our tail-wagging treats.

Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. During peak times (holidays, sales), please allow an extra 12 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship to U.S. addresses via USPS and UPS.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (3 - 7 business days) Flat Rate: $5.95
Expedited Shipping (2 - 3 business days) Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping (3 - 7 business days) on all orders over $50

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Perishable Product Notice
Our treats are made fresh with limited or no preservatives. To keep them safe and delicious:

Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival
Choose Expedited Shipping during summer or for warmer climates

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure a safe delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect
addresses, or weather-related issues.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shipping@barleysbites.com. Be sure to include:

Your order number
A photo of the package (if applicable)

International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!
