At Barley's Bites, your satisfaction (and your pup's tail wags) are very important to us! Because our treats are handmade and perishable, we have a specific refund policy to ensure product safety and fairness.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for treats that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, we're here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Barley's Bites is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at barleysbites@outlook.com, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed by contacting us at barleysbites@outlook.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
